Returns & Exchanges
- To minimize size exchanges please refer to size charts provided.
- Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and must not have been washed or damaged.
- Item(s) must be returned with original packing slip and any promo item/gifts (if applicable).
- Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
- Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange.
- 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
- Exchange may be subject to second shipping fee.
- Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Sale or Clearance items cannot be exchanged or refunded at full at full retail price.
- If a return invalidates a particular special or campaign that was used during the original order (e.g The value of the return makes the required minimum for a "Free Shipping" special lower than the qualifying amount, etc.) any shipping charges will be deducted.

Ship all returns via US Postal Service with insurance and/or delivery confirmation to the address below. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns.
